Effective Date: August 11, 2026

Welcome to Curated Entry Co. LLC. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, placing an online order, scheduling a consultation or installation, accepting a proposal, making payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms applicable to the specific service or order.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Curated Entry Co. LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website, services, pricing, or offerings at any time without notice.

Submission of an inquiry form does not create a client relationship or guarantee service availability.

Service Information

Curated Entry Co. LLC provides seasonal entry styling, seasonal planter design and installation, exterior décor and storefront styling, listing and event styling, concierge and recurring styling services, porch and outdoor-space design and styling, sourcing, installation, and related design services for residential and commercial properties.

Service availability, package offerings, pricing, timelines, installation windows, and project scope may change based on season, availability, supplier conditions, and business operations. Changes do not alter an already accepted written order or agreement unless permitted by that order or agreed with the client.

Consultations & Proposals

Consultations may be required for custom projects, while certain standardized services may be purchased directly online without a consultation.

All proposals, estimates, design concepts, recommendations, styling plans, drawings, mood boards, and other design materials remain the intellectual property of Curated Entry Co. LLC except to the extent a written agreement expressly transfers ownership or grants the client a broader license to use them.

Proposals are valid only for the period specified and may be revised if project requirements, material costs, or availability change.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Scheduled consultations, deliveries, and installation appointments may be rescheduled based on weather conditions, safety concerns, material availability, supplier delays, seasonal conditions, access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients who wish to cancel, reschedule, or modify an order or appointment should contact us as soon as possible. Eligibility for a refund or credit depends on the status of the order, work already completed, materials already purchased or committed to, reserved scheduling, and the terms applicable to the specific service.

Deposits and payments attributable to custom orders, purchased or committed materials, design work already performed, or reserved installation dates may be non-refundable as stated in the applicable proposal, order, checkout terms, invoice, or client agreement.

Payments

Payment terms may be stated in online checkout, individual client agreements, proposals, order confirmations, or invoices.

Projects may require deposits or full payment before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms stated in the applicable checkout, order, proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed service, suspension of services, cancellation of future appointments, withholding of delivery or installation, or additional fees where disclosed and permitted.

Online Orders & Electronic Acceptance

Certain services and seasonal installations may be purchased directly through the Curated Entry Co. website. By submitting an online order, completing checkout, clicking an acceptance checkbox or button, or otherwise electronically authorizing a purchase, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms displayed with the applicable product, service, order, invoice, or checkout flow.

Online orders are subject to review and acceptance by Curated Entry Co. LLC. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not waive our right to contact the client regarding inaccurate information, service-area limitations, unsafe or unsuitable site conditions, unavailable materials, scheduling conflicts, pricing errors, or circumstances requiring a revised scope or additional charge.

If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as submitted, Curated Entry Co. LLC may offer a modification, credit, refund, or cancellation as appropriate.

Rental Inventory

For projects utilizing rented décor, seasonal collections, containers, lanterns, or other styling inventory:

  • All rental items remain the property of Curated Entry Co. LLC.
  • Clients agree to exercise reasonable care of rented items.
  • Normal wear resulting from outdoor use is expected.
  • Lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or significantly damaged rental items may result in replacement charges.

Client-Purchased Décor

For projects involving décor, containers, furnishings, or other products purchased or sourced on behalf of the client:

  • Ownership of purchased items transfers to the client upon payment, subject to any retailer, manufacturer, rental, or financing terms that may separately apply.
  • Product availability may vary.
  • Comparable substitutions may be made when reasonably necessary due to supplier availability, seasonal inventory limitations, discontinued products, weather, timing, site conditions, or design requirements.

Taxes & Transaction Charges

Applicable sales tax and other required transaction charges may be added at checkout, on an invoice, or otherwise collected as required by law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed service or product pricing does not include sales tax.

Clients are responsible for any bank, payment-processing, return-payment, chargeback, or other transaction fees that are expressly disclosed in the applicable invoice, checkout flow, proposal, or agreement.

Live Plants & Natural Materials

Many installations incorporate live plants, flowers, cut greenery, branches, pumpkins, natural materials, and other seasonal or perishable materials.

Because living and natural materials are affected by weather, sunlight, watering practices, temperature, pests, disease, wildlife, handling, and other environmental conditions, Curated Entry Co. LLC cannot guarantee ongoing health, longevity, growth, bloom performance, freshness, appearance, or survival after installation except where a separate written guarantee expressly applies.

Natural Variation & Substitutions

Live plants, flowers, greenery, branches, pumpkins, gourds, natural fibers, wood, and other natural or seasonal materials naturally vary in color, shape, size, texture, and appearance. Such variation is not considered a defect.

Curated Entry Co. LLC may make reasonable substitutions when a specified plant, décor item, container, material, color, or seasonal item is unavailable, discontinued, delayed, unsuitable for the site, or no longer appropriate for the season. Substitutions will be selected with the intent of maintaining the overall design direction, quality, scale, and value of the project.

Maintenance Responsibility

Unless ongoing maintenance services are specifically included in a written service agreement, membership, or order, clients are responsible for watering, plant care, cleaning, weather-related protection, and general maintenance of installed décor and plant or natural materials after installation.

Care instructions are guidance only and do not create a guarantee of plant survival or material longevity.

Installation Authorization

By scheduling or purchasing installation services, the client authorizes Curated Entry Co. LLC to enter the agreed installation area and perform the approved work. The client represents that they own the property or have authority from the property owner or responsible party to authorize the work.

If the client is not present at installation, Curated Entry Co. LLC may rely on previously provided access instructions, measurements, photographs, and project information.

If safe or reasonable access is unavailable, the installation may be rescheduled and additional trip, delivery, or labor charges may apply where appropriate.

Property Access & Installation

Clients are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and reasonable access to installation areas and for ensuring that the work area is reasonably clear and ready for the scheduled service.

Curated Entry Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete installation, or additional trips caused by restricted access, pets, locked gates, construction activity, unsafe conditions, inaccurate client-provided information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients must notify us of known property conditions that could affect installation, including irrigation systems, utilities, electrical components, fragile surfaces, drainage issues, concealed hazards, property restrictions, HOA requirements, or other conditions that could affect safe performance of the work.

Seasonal Planter Orders

Seasonal planter products purchased online are customized services based on planter size, season, selected color or style direction, site information, and seasonal availability. Specific plant varieties, greenery, natural materials, and accents are selected by Curated Entry Co. LLC unless a written order expressly states otherwise.

Spring, summer, and fall plantings are designed around site conditions and seasonal performance. Winter planters may use fresh cut greenery, branches, natural materials, and seasonal accents rather than live growing plant material.

Exact varieties and materials may vary based on weather, supplier availability, timing, and design considerations.

Fall planter orders do not include pumpkins, straw or hay bales, corn stalks, exterior mums, or other entry décor outside the planter unless specifically included in the order or another Curated Entry Co. service.

Winter planter orders do not include wreaths, garland, lighting, lantern styling, ornaments, or other entry décor unless specifically included in the order or another Curated Entry Co. service.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Outdoor installations and outdoor furnishings, décor, plants, and natural materials are exposed to weather and environmental conditions and will naturally change over time.

Except to the extent caused by our failure to perform the agreed installation with reasonable care, Curated Entry Co. LLC is not responsible for subsequent damage, deterioration, displacement, fading, theft, vandalism, animal activity, severe weather, wind, storms, flooding, heat, freezing temperatures, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Reasonable outdoor wear should be expected.

Client-Provided Information & Measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information requested for design, ordering, and installation, including measurements, planter size, planter shape, growing conditions, exposure, access details, location, photographs, and other site information.

For online seasonal planter orders, planter sizing is based on the inside opening measurements provided by the client. Curated Entry Co. LLC may review submitted information before sourcing materials, but the client remains responsible for the accuracy of measurements and site information.

If the actual planter, site condition, or installation requirement materially differs from the information provided, additional charges, substitutions, rescheduling, or a revised scope may be required before work proceeds.

Standard online planter pricing assumes existing planters are already in their intended location and are reasonably accessible for installation.

Significant soil replacement, filling completely empty containers, moving heavy planters, drainage modifications, removal of established shrubs or root systems, oversized or unusually shaped containers, or other unusual preparation may require additional charges or a custom quote.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to installation, Curated Entry Co. LLC may photograph projects and use those photographs for website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and marketing purposes.

No personal identifying information or street addresses will be published without permission.

Clients may opt out by providing written notice before installation.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, styling concepts, written materials, and marketing content are the property of Curated Entry Co. LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Entry Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of our website, products, recommendations, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curated Entry Co. LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of installed products, client negligence, property conditions, or circumstances outside of Curated Entry Co. LLC's control.

Force Majeure

Curated Entry Co. LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supplier shortages, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Outdoor Spaces & Design Services

Outdoor-space, porch, patio, screened-porch, and related design services may include design concepts, sourcing recommendations, product selections, purchasing coordination, delivery coordination, installation, assembly, styling, or other services as stated in the applicable proposal or order.

Unless expressly included in writing, Curated Entry Co. LLC does not provide structural engineering, architectural services, electrical work, plumbing, construction, permitting, code compliance certification, or other licensed trade services. Clients are responsible for hiring appropriately licensed professionals when required.

Product dimensions, colors, finishes, lead times, availability, and manufacturer specifications may change. Clients are responsible for final approval of purchased items and for confirming any dimensions or site conditions specifically assigned to them in the applicable project documents.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

Customized services, design work, reserved scheduling, sourced materials, live plants, natural materials, seasonal goods, custom orders, and items purchased specifically for a client are generally not returnable once work has been performed or materials have been purchased, committed to, delivered, or installed.

If a client requests cancellation, a refund or credit, if any, will depend on the status of the project or order, work already completed, reserved scheduling, materials already purchased or committed to, and any applicable proposal, order, membership, or client agreement.

Any eligible manufacturer or retailer return remains subject to that third party's return policy and may be reduced by return shipping, restocking, delivery, processing, or other applicable costs.

If you believe there is a problem with an installation, product, or service, please contact Curated Entry Co. promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

Third-Party Services

Our website and project communications may contain links to or rely on third-party websites, payment processors, retailers, manufacturers, delivery providers, reservation or scheduling systems, and other services.

Curated Entry Co. LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, products, warranties, delivery performance, or practices of those third parties except as expressly stated in writing.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement & Order of Precedence

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable proposal, invoice, order confirmation, product description, membership terms, or signed client agreement, form the agreement governing the applicable service or transaction.

If there is a conflict, the more specific written terms applicable to the project or order will control over these general website Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
