Do I need a membership to use Storefront Styling?
No. One-time seasonal installations are available for businesses that only need help with a specific season. Memberships are designed for businesses that want recurring seasonal support.
Can you use the planters already outside my business?
Yes. We can design around existing planters when they are appropriate for the location, or help source new containers when a different size, style, or proportion would better suit the storefront.
Are the plants and materials included in the membership fee?
No. Plants, soil, planters, décor, and other materials are priced separately unless specifically included in your proposal. Membership pricing covers the included design, sourcing, installation, scheduling, and service benefits.
What does entry freshening include?
Before seasonal placement, we provide light entry freshening around the installation area, including basic sweeping and cobweb removal. This is not a commercial cleaning service.
What happens during Premier monthly refresh visits?
Refresh visits may include deadheading, light pruning, appropriate fertilizing, and wiping planter exteriors to help maintain a polished appearance between seasonal installations. Routine watering remains the responsibility of the business unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Do Storefront Memberships automatically renew?
No. Memberships do not automatically renew. Continued service is renewed based on current pricing, available services, and scheduling availability.
