What We Style

The details buyers notice before they ever step inside.

We focus on the front-facing areas that shape a buyer's first impression and help the property feel welcoming, polished, and photography ready.

Temporary décor and layered accents selected to create a welcoming, intentional entrance.

Planters & Greenery

Seasonal greenery, planted containers, or decorative plant elements incorporated where appropriate for the property.

Wreaths & Door Details

Door décor and finishing details selected to complement the home's architecture, color, and listing season.

Lanterns & Accents

Layered decorative accents that add dimension and warmth without overwhelming the entrance.

Photography Styling

The entrance is arranged with listing photos and online first impressions in mind.

Removal Included

Temporary styling pieces are removed at the end of the agreed service period.

First Impressions Matter

Before buyers see the kitchen, they see the front door.

Listing photos often provide the first interaction a buyer has with a property. Thoughtful exterior styling helps the entrance feel cared for, welcoming, and visually complete from the very first image.

  • Creates a stronger first impression in listing photography
  • Adds warmth and personality without distracting from the home
  • Helps the entrance feel polished for showings and open houses
  • Complements the home's architecture and exterior palette
  • Eliminates last-minute décor shopping for sellers and agents
  • Temporary service means no long-term décor commitment

We Handle the Details

A photo-ready entrance without adding another task to the listing process.

We handle the styling details so the seller and real estate team can focus on getting the property market ready.

Temporary Styling

Styled for the listing. Removed when the service period ends.

Listing Styling is intentionally different from our residential seasonal services. The décor is provided for temporary use rather than purchased for the homeowner.

Rental-Based Décor

Décor supplied by Curated Entry Co. remains the property of Curated Entry Co. and is provided for the contracted listing-styling period. This allows the property to receive a professionally styled entrance without the seller purchasing an entire collection of seasonal décor.

Designed Around the Property

Temporary does not mean generic. We consider the home's architecture, exterior colors, entry size, listing season, existing landscaping, photography angles, and overall property aesthetic when selecting the design.

How It Works

A simple process designed around the listing timeline.

1

Property Review

We evaluate the entrance, architecture, existing landscaping, listing timeline, and areas that will benefit most from styling.

2

Styling Plan

We create the design direction and select the temporary décor and styling pieces appropriate for the property.

3

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and professionally style the entrance ahead of listing photography, showings, or the agreed market date.

4

Removal

At the end of the contracted service period, we return to remove Curated Entry Co. rental décor and styling elements.

Designed for the Camera and the Curb

The goal isn't more décor. It's the right first impression.

Listing Styling is intentionally edited. We use enough detail to help an entrance feel finished and inviting while keeping the focus on the home itself. The result should photograph beautifully, welcome buyers, and support the property's overall presentation rather than compete with it.

Is Listing Styling Right for This Property?

Listing Styling is a great fit when...

The front entrance feels empty or unfinished in listing photos.

Sellers don't want to purchase décor solely for the listing period.

The property needs added warmth before photography, showings, or an open house.

The real estate team wants a consistent, polished presentation from the curb to the front door.

The entrance needs seasonal updating without permanent changes to the property.

The seller or agent wants the styling handled professionally without managing sourcing, setup, and removal.

For Sellers & Real Estate Professionals

A simple way to add polished curb appeal to the listing experience.

Listing Styling can be booked directly by homeowners or coordinated by real estate professionals as part of a property's market preparation. We work around listing photography, showings, open houses, and other key dates to make the process as seamless as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Listing Styling FAQs

Is the décor included with Listing Styling?

Listing Styling is a rental-based service. Décor supplied by Curated Entry Co. is provided for the contracted styling period and remains the property of Curated Entry Co.

When should Listing Styling be installed?

Ideally, styling is installed before professional listing photography so the same polished entrance buyers see online is also present for showings and open houses.

How long does the styling stay at the property?

The styling period is determined by the service agreement and listing needs. Installation and removal timing will be established before the project begins.

Can you work with décor the seller already owns?

Yes. Existing pieces may be incorporated when they support the overall design. We can combine appropriate homeowner-owned items with Curated Entry Co. rental décor as needed.

Do you style the interior of the home?

Listing Styling focuses on exterior curb appeal and the front entrance. It is not a full-home interior staging service.

Can real estate agents book this service for their listings?

Yes. Listing Styling can be coordinated directly with real estate professionals or homeowners and scheduled around photography, listing dates, showings, and open houses.
